- Technical support is limited to connectivity issues. Each tech support instance beyond those included in the service plan is an additional $20.00. If the cause is determined to be the fault of Rev.Net, no charge will be levied.
- We provide pre-configured connectivity software which eliminates most installation headaches.
- We have dial-up access available in Roanoke, Salem, Blacksburg Lexington, Pulaski and Lynchburg and their local areas.
- The premier plan includes 1 hour use per month of our nationwide 800 number, $0.12/min afterwards.
- Hours are CHANNEL HOURS, which means if you connect with both channels of an ISDN line (to get 128k) or use two modems to get SHOTGUN modem speed, you will be using your time twice as fast. For example, you will use you 160 channel hours/month in 80 hours of actual time. The unlimited account can only be used on single channel connections. For an ISDN connection, that would be a 64k connection.
- A static IP address for dial-up accounts is available for an additional $20.00 per month.
- Secondary e-mail hosting available for an additional $10.00 per month.
