A quarterly business meeting of the Green Party of Virginia (GPVA) was held on 15 September 2007 at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center in Newport News
A quorum was in attendance. Nick Johnson carried a proxy for his father, Rick.
Kirit Mookerjee took notes, which have not been written into minutes.
A runoff election was held to fill the office of party treasurer, the June election having resulted in a tie between Dena Cottle and Kirit Mookerjee. Dena Cottle received a majority to be elected.
Audrey Clement and Chris Fink were elected delegates. Rain Burroughs and Tamar Yager were elected alternates.
