There is pressure to condemn the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (formerly the School of the Americas). Yet, unless the buildings are unsafe to occupy, it seems wasteful to condemn them.

The Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (formerly the School of the Americas) must be reformed if it fails to support these provisions of the O.A.S. Charter:
A conspiracy is only illegal if it intends to break the law. Carrying out the law is legal. The government doesn't think it is, because the government confuses its own protection with ours.
Nevertheless, there is a moral obligation to violate unjust laws.
